My plans over the holidays to workout!

As of tomorrow I’ll be off school for 3 weeks. Chloe will still be going to daycare 3 days a week (so she doesn’t get used to not going and then not wanting to go back AND a few hours to myself would be nice) and on those days I am going to go to the gym for two hours.

My plans are to work my way up to 45 minutes on the treadmill like I used to do. Free weights. Push ups. Sit ups. Running. Rowing. Basically any circuit training I can do. I might try swimming at the YMCA every once in awhile too.

I need to step up my game.

As for food. I can’t promise I will be perfectly healthy right away. But I am going to try. My main thing is to drink more water and eat more fruits/veggies. I have been lacking any healthy substance in my diet lately. I will do groceries hopefully this weekend!
