ugh
i haven’t been on here in a long time because i haven’t worked out or ate healthy in so long.
i feel guilty that i haven’t done so. i’ve gained more weight. i didn’t notice until the other day when i went to go try dresses on and my ass wouldn’t fit into any of them. i later went home and stepped on the scale. 153 lbs, WHAT!? I have been 140 since grade 10, I go down too 135 lbs then all the way PAST my usual weight. Ugh.
i need some serious ass kicking. i also need time to work out. even a home workout or something that spikes my interest.
i really need to get back on track and get to my goal: 130 lbs.
please help meeeeeeeee :(
