Anyone want a 4 month fitness plan?
I spent over 6 hours last night writing 9 pages and planning a 4 month fitness plan. It is pretty decent but it is for a beginner with little to no experience working out. I also realized after I handed it in I messed up on the amounts of weight lifting per week on arm and legs. OH WELL. Took me forever and I am glad it is done and out of the way.
Now to find time to actually work out on my own fitness.. hmpf.
