Here are my healthy living rules:
1. Green smoothie for breakfast, always.
2. No white sugars or flours, no additives, preservatives, colours, flavours or ingredients that have numbers and not names.
3. Eat as little dairy as possible, try to make it 100% natural, organic, and as low-fat as possible.
4. Dark chocolate only, and no lollies, cakes, etc (see #2).
5. Eat as many green leaves as possible!
6. Try new things, and the weirder the better!
7. Stretch everyday, throughout the day, as the desire strikes.
8. Get sweaty and heart pumping at least once a day.
9. Aim higher.
10. No land or air animals. As little seafood as possible.
11. Don't eat anything that comes from a tin, try not to eat anything that comes from a packet or jar.
12. Make things rather than buy them: dips, desserts, flavoured rice.
