Commandments

  1. Record EVERYTHING (aka what you eat and how much you worked out).
  2. Spices are a free pass.
  3. One treat a week.
  4. Portion control!!!!!!
  5. Diet soda ONLY!
  6. Dont forget to drink your watah!
  7. Never skip breakfast.
  8. Avoid desserts!
  9. Make sure you eat your 3 meals.
  10. Work out at least 4 days a week (at gym or at home)
