Commandments
- Record EVERYTHING (aka what you eat and how much you worked out).
- Spices are a free pass.
- One treat a week.
- Portion control!!!!!!
- Diet soda ONLY!
- Dont forget to drink your watah!
- Never skip breakfast.
- Avoid desserts!
- Make sure you eat your 3 meals.
- Work out at least 4 days a week (at gym or at home)
