losingit2gether: That was me one year ago. While I am smiling I am not happy. I cried often and hated the person I had become. I HATED shopping, I HATED getting clothes. I was embarrassed of myself and hod NO self esteem. I ate junk food every single day and had at least one can of coke a day. Size 20/22 in… I am so proud of you :)

did groceries today...
only junk i bought: pepsi and candy cane ice cream. for the record my fiance (so weird to say that) wanted both. i bought WAY WAY less then i intended to, which is good because i wont over-snack or over-eat anything. i have what i need for about a week if i portion my meals correctly.

My plans over the holidays to workout!
As of tomorrow I’ll be off school for 3 weeks. Chloe will still be going to daycare 3 days a week (so she doesn’t get used to not going and then not wanting to go back AND a few hours to myself would be nice) and on those days I am going to go to the gym for two hours. My plans are to work my way up to 45 minutes on the treadmill like I used to do. Free weights. Push ups. Sit ups....

Anyone want a 4 month fitness plan?
I spent over 6 hours last night writing 9 pages and planning a 4 month fitness plan. It is pretty decent but it is for a beginner with little to no experience working out. I also realized after I handed it in I messed up on the amounts of weight lifting per week on arm and legs. OH WELL. Took me forever and I am glad it is done and out of the way. Now to find time to actually work out on my own...

Todays brutal workout
I worked out in class today. Having a police officer as a instructor is like your own personal bootcamp. Beep test Chin ups (Never in my life have I done one, and I wasn’t able to do one without the help of my instructor…) Various weights 3 reps of 15 upping the weight each time He is crazy but I feel good.

We have a tie, so far.
We have tie between 2 and 4. I think I am really smitten by 2 though. I really like 3’s bangs so we’ll see. I like seeing what you guys think though. I don’t think I mentioned this, but my hair is staying red :) Might add a few blond streaks but that is it on the hair dye front. I love my haiirrrrrr. Thank you for doing this blog. Its good to see average women trying to be healthy without doing celebrity based crap. I was looking at People magazine, and saw Kate Gosselin on the cover telling her weight loss and toning story. And she simply ran everyday. Didn’t have to hire a trainer or a personal chef at all. Amazing groceries!!
I am SO SO SO proud of myself. I bought groceries today and everything is super healthy. Almonds Tons of fruits: strawberries, plums, grapes, apples, oranges, and more Feta Lettuce, carrots (didnt need too many veggies cause my garden is still kicking out tons of food) Yogurt and lots of it (Chloe lives on the stuff) OM NOM NOM
