Oh hey guize,
I haven’t been on here in a long time.
Why you ask? Well, I’m having another kidlet. Yeah! I know right! I’m pregnant (about 10 weeks)! I haven’t been worrying about calories or exercising since I’ve been super sick and dizzy :( Whomp whomp.
Hope everything is good with you guys :)

I really liked it too.
But I have to agree, the lack of coordination is a big part of the workout.. I found myself doing more twists and whatnot then I should have. But when I looked around I realized that every single person was basically in the same boat of looking absolutely ridiculous so I didn’t feel bad and went with the flow.
Future sis-in-law really helped though we were both...

Just went to a Zumba class.
It proved I have no coordination.

I have been keeping myself all kinds of busy over the holidays. Chloe & I, well.. mainly just me, have been starting to vlog, again! only junk i bought: pepsi and candy cane ice cream.
for the record my fiance (so weird to say that) wanted both.
i bought WAY WAY less then i intended to, which is good because i wont over-snack or over-eat anything. i have what i need for about a week if i portion my meals correctly.
My plans over the holidays to workout!
As of tomorrow I’ll be off school for 3 weeks. Chloe will still be going to daycare 3 days a week (so she doesn’t get used to not going and then not wanting to go back AND a few hours to myself would be nice) and on those days I am going to go to the gym for two hours.
My plans are to work my way up to 45 minutes on the treadmill like I used to do. Free weights. Push ups. Sit ups....

Anyone want a 4 month fitness plan?
I spent over 6 hours last night writing 9 pages and planning a 4 month fitness plan. It is pretty decent but it is for a beginner with little to no experience working out. I also realized after I handed it in I messed up on the amounts of weight lifting per week on arm and legs. OH WELL. Took me forever and I am glad it is done and out of the way.
Now to find time to actually work out on my own...
What are your goals from now to 4 months?
I am trying to write a fitness program for myself (for class) and it has to be 4 months. I have to write my plans weekly, related to the 5 components.

doing a run slash walk 5k tomorrow for heart and stroke foundation.
been so busy i cant keep up with myself and the many blogs i run.

We have a tie, so far.
We have tie between 2 and 4. I think I am really smitten by 2 though. I really like 3’s bangs so we’ll see. I like seeing what you guys think though.
I don’t think I mentioned this, but my hair is staying red :) Might add a few blond streaks but that is it on the hair dye front.

Thank you for doing this blog. Its good to see average women trying to be healthy without doing celebrity based crap. I was looking at People magazine, and saw Kate Gosselin on the cover telling her weight loss and toning story. And she simply ran everyday. Didn’t have to hire a trainer or a personal chef at all.
All congrats to everybody who reads this blog and who felt beautiful/handsome...
